Securities Opinion Letter

After gathering USD donations from the Terracoin community The Terracoin Foundation paid Catalyst Law, LLC on February 21st, 2019 to take a look at TRC and give their opinion on if Terracoin (TRC) is a security or not.

Once they had gather enough information and used their due diligence, on May 13th, 2019 they sent over their Securities Opinion Letter (Signed SHA verification of authenticity).

This letter helps show that TRC is not a security and allows us to submit Terracoin to sites that are looking forward to coming regulations.
